Requirements for Eligibility
- Relevant academic qualification and working career
- At least five years of professional consulting experience
- Extensive local knowledge and contacts in areas of expertise
- Good knowledge of the political economy of sector of professional practise
- Ability to write high quality professional report
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with people from other cultures
- IT literacy and familiarity with software applications in areas of specializations
