Human Resource Systems Development and Implementation: New Nigerian Foundation, NNF: June 2001 – On-going 

In consortium with Associates for Global Change AGC, we provided management training for the pioneer staff of NNF with special focus on team planning and team building. Under an expanded contract, Development Associates developed personnel manual and the reviewed operational manual drafted by AGC making sure that it is context specific and recognizes the day-to-day realities of NNF operating environment.

Curriculum Development and Training Delivery: Support and Training for Enterprise Program, STEP: January 2001 – December 2002

In a consortium arrangement with STEP, Development Associates provides training for small and medium scale enterprises that constitute the clientele of STEP.

Assessment and Evaluation of Training Services Providers in Northern Nigeria: CBDD: April – June 2000.

Development Associate was contracted to conduct a survey of local training providers for Capacity Building for Decentralized Development in the North West and North East zones of Nigeria. We assessed the capacity and quality of training manuals, facilities and manpower of training providers as potential implementing agents for the training for CBDD’s project on Organizational Strengthening and Management Development for Voluntary Organizations.
